Date: June 19, 2004 Time: Doors open at 8AM Setup from 8AM-10AM LAN officially starts at 10AM LAN officially ends at 10PM Where: Unison Micro located in Gainesville, GA Seating: 20 Preregistration Cost: $15 Cost After Preregistration Period: $20 About Pregistration The cut-off for preregistering with a 25% discount is at midnight on June 11th, a little more than one week before the LAN party. Refunds can not be made after June 11th. There are two ways to preregister for the Gib House LAN Party. The first way is to stop by Unison Micro and pay by cash, check, or credit card. The second is to follow the PayPal link below (you must have a PayPal account to preregister through PayPal). After preregistering via PayPal you will be sent an e-mail that will acknowledge that we have received your payment and that a seat has been reserved in your name. Please print out this e-mail and bring it to the LAN party so that we can verify your registration. If you preregister in person at Unison Micro you will receive a similar receipt that will also need to be presented at the door on the day of the LAN party. We thank you for your cooperation with this as it will make the registration verification process much simpler and faster. Important Notes About The LAN The Gib House LAN Party is a BYOC (Bring Your Own Computer) event. We will supply the network (including the network cable that connects your computer to our network), the server(s), chairs, tables, and staff. It is the gamers' responsibility to bring all other equipment that said gamer might require to play the games. This includes: A. The game(s) (ex. Half-Life, Battlefield 1942, and/or additional MODs) B. Computer and equipment (ex. the CPU itself, a monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc.) Some things NOT to bring: A. Speakers. With other gamers in such close proximity, speakers will not be allowed. Please prepare for this and bring a set of headphones instead.
